Global Economic Supply Chain Issues

Due to global economic conditions in 2009, the global semiconductor supply chain was forced to drastically reduce manufacturing capacity as demand dropped. Unfortunately, this caused many smaller semiconductor manufacturers to dissolve. As the economy has improved, demand has drastically increased causing a severe temporary shortage due to diminished supply. This is not a vendor specific issue and has greatly affected parts supplies for all major manufacturers within the industry. This shortage has caused a longer than average lead time on new hardware and product repairs. Please bear with us as we deal with these supply issues through the coming weeks and months. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our end-users and hope to have this issue alleviated shortly. In the meantime, we will do everything in our power to decrease product lead times and continue to find alternate solutions to meet the needs of our end-users.
