The unit helps to manage all the wireless devices on a network by aiding in security, software upgrades, and troubleshooting.

The platform allows network managers to handle issues with mobile computers and devices remotely. The system also shows them when an unauthorized device is trying to access the company’s wireless network. Mobile applications on all network devices can be upgraded at the same time, and device metrics, such as battery power remaining, memory usage, and application and operating system versions can be monitored centrally. Support staff can even take control over a remote device to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
